EPA Advises Federal Purchasers To Buy Environmental

Environmentally Preferable Purchasing is a federal-wide program that encourages and assists Executive agencies in the purchasing of environmentally preferable products and services.

Guidance is available to assist in the identification and acquisition of environmentally preferable products and services for Executive agencies that are mandated to adopt environmentally preferable purchasing under Executive Order 13101 -- Greening the Government through Waste Prevention, Recycling, and Federal Acquisition.
